delete via FMain

English:

removed group delete in menu
delete invoice, assignment menu give window with direction to on-screen method now. (instead of nothing)
suppliers new and delete: reload cmbx in FMain works now
made reload procedures in FMain public so that they can be used from Forms (Edit, Delete..)
Reload assignments list after edit/empty/delete works now
Reload invoices list after edit/empty/delete works now
Delete suppliers: feedback is given and combobox gets refreshed
work on delete costcode (part - not finished!)
