Year of Assignment + Configure preset

English:

  • Configure bookyear was out-commented - was not used in code anywhere. Activated again, corrected to assign year.
  • Year of assignment on startup now configured year - or if none, this year - or in january last year.
  • Check on startup looks if last invoice sn fits with configuration presets of sn length
  • several bugfixes (see sf)
