assign, select

English:

  • assign and back to rest amount (instead of hang on assign button)
  • select assign amount on enter: ok
  • delete invoice “x” button active when invoice with 0 amount selected
  • feedback on assign to log
  • uncheck CN box after assigning CN (invoice)
